In order to undertake Group Online Coaching with The Food Boss, I ask all potential clients to complete the following Pre-Consultation Form, in detail, so we can get a better insight into you, your background and your goals.

The coaching program is run through Facebook, therefore you will need a Facebook account and will be prompted to input your username below. On the start date of the program you’ll be added to the private coaching group.

Once this form has been completed, you will be sent a link to make the initial payment of £15 with GoCardless. A direct debit of £15 will then be taken each Wednesday from the start date for 5 weeks.
